Location - it is very close to Dekin University and to travelling to city was convenient with the tram stop in front of the Hotel. Reception staff specially Abby was very helpful.

The apartment was spacious, clean, quite well equipped, comfortable beds and with excellent aircon. The complex was quiet and peaceful. One of the admin staff, Abbey, was particularly friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with.

Spacious, comfortable and well-equipped apartment in a good location with underground parking and public transport right outside. Staff were friendly and helpful. The large bed was very comfortable, one of the best mattresses in recent travels.

The apartment gave us additional room to move and relax during our stay. I was recovering form surgery and it was good to have a sofa as well as a bed to rest on.

The room was large and had everything I needed. The heating worked well. There was also a courtyard common area I could access from my room. The kitchen had all of the bits and pieces for me to be self sufficient and there was some cafes and restaurants nearby. The petrol station had enough convenience store supplies for me. The tram stop was across the road and the university a 10 minute walk away.

Bed wasnt that great and the washing machine not the easiest to operate Getting in the shower was not good esp for older people.

Great location. Ample sheltered basement parking. The staff did her best to make us feel welcomed. Cleanliness in the room as well as the compound was very good. Good size 1-bedroom studio apartment.
